PANTHERS STING HORNETS

The Pinckneyville Panthers won its second conference game in a row, thrashing Nashville 38-15 at home Friday night. The Panthers were led by quarterback Bryant Shute who passed for 123 yards and two touchdowns and another 100-plus yards on the ground and three TDs. Justin Hale was also strong on the ground with 89 yards while Cole Kellerman had three catches for 61 yards and a touchdown. The Panthers travel to Du Quoin to face its arch rival this week.
