My son was much older but has gone hunting with all of the Templeton Family. He really felt at home when hunting with the whole family, He has since passed away but he always remembered the fun and the respect they all had for Will's Grandfather Bob. It is an era some people never got a chance to enjoy, Surely God knows the close love they all shared and will see them through.
One of my best memories of Will was when I asked him to do a surprise hay ride for a bunch of 12 & 13 yr old girls. I'm sure it wasn't the first thing on a 16 yr old boy's Saturday night "to do" list. He showed up in a BIG John Deere tractor with a wagon full of hay. He had a big smile on his face. (he always had a smile on his face)He made my daughter's birthday party a night to remember. Until I see you again Will!!!! My deepest sympathy to all!!! :( ....NB
During my time at PCHS I was priviledged to be in the same graduating class as Will. He was always a good natured person with a great personality and a genuine care for his friends. He loved to joke and play around but was serious when the time required it. I have alot of respect for Will and his military service for our country. Hats off my friend and you will not be forgotten.
