Generations of Pinckneyville youth have fond memories of the lazy days of summer spent playing sandlot ball at Zacher's Field. Sometimes neighborhood teams would face-off against crosstown rivals. Other times, friendly pickup games would arise. Shown here is a group of 20-somethings continuing a summer-long battle of "Tennis Ball."
